Traditional notions of "boss" often evoke a sense of authoritative and hierarchical leadership. However, in the ever-evolving landscape of early childhood education, leaders must redefine what it means to be a "boss." This session introduces leaders to a transformative framework: The Four Ways to Be a Better B.O.S.S. (Be Optimistic, Supportive, and Strategic). By challenging the age-old perceptions attached to the title "boss," early childhood leaders can pave the way for a more empathetic, inclusive, and strategic leadership approach.
